Support for Vocational Education in Nepal

Global Academy’s local partner is offering 18 months Midwifery education for rural girls in Nepal. Technical education is not free and it is also costly. Therefore the rural girls do not have access to technical and vocational education in Nepal as they are poor and cannot afford such education. They have no access to technical education. We would like to support these poor girls to take part in the technical education by offering them full scholarship. In order to sponsor a girl for 18 month midwifery education course, it costs Nrs. 120,000 Nepalese rupees for education cost and 9,000 Nepalese rupees for food, living, etc. Thus we need your financial support to help the needy rural people in Nepal.
